Hi Everyone!

This is Janice Leung. I am a recent graduate from UBC with a BA in Geography (Environment & Sustainability). I grew up in Hong Kong and moved to Vancouver few years ago for good. I enjoy hiking and can’t wait to explore more of Vancouver’s landscape and physical environment!

I created this portfolio is hoping to inspire more people to learn about the society and the environment from a geographical aspect. GIS and cartography are both important in helping ones understand spatial location and problems we encounter every day. Acquiring these skills can help ones to understand, interpret and visualize spatial and aspatial statistical data graphically in forms of maps, globes and reports.
